Milligan College, Tenn. (April 10, 2012) --- The Milligan College tennis program dropped a pair of matches to NCAA D-II Lincoln Memorial University on Tuesday in Harrogate, Tenn. Both the men and women fell 9-0 to the Railsplitters.

  On the men's side, senior
Wesley Rice (Knoxville, Tenn.) came up short at No. 3 singles as he fell 6-4, 6-2, to Marcelo Alvin.
Chris Heldman (Indianapolis, Ind.) fell 6-3, 6-1, also fell in his singles match to Corbett Smith.

  The women saw
Hallie Winfrey (Fayetteville, Ga.) dropped her singles match with Shena Joseph 7-6, 6-4. In double action,
Kayla Kelly (Chattanooga, Tenn.) and
Sarah Rainwater (Knoxville, Tenn.) fell 8-6 to the team of Sofia Lopez Mimendi and Leah Donoff.

  The Buffaloes return to action on Sunday, April 15, when they host the University of Pikeville at Mathes Tennis Center. Match time is slated for 1 p.m.
