Hilton Head, S.C. (March 11, 2013) --- The Milligan College tennis programs recorded a split on Monday afternoon with nonconference foe Missouri Valley State in Hilton Head, S.C. The Milligan women picked up a 9-0 victory, while the men came up short 7-2.
 
   The Milligan women were paced by two 8-0 doubles victories by the team of Sarah Rainwater (Knoxville, Tenn.) and Grace Sarver (Bland, Va.) and the duo of Kayla Kelly (Chattanooga, Tenn.) and Rachel Hodas (Knoxville, Tenn.). Sarver also recorded a clean 6-0, 6-0 singles victory.
 
   The Buffaloes men saw Andy Pullen (Kingsport, Tenn.) and Colinn Bumann (Abilene, Tex.) pick up an 8-5 win at No. 1 doubles. Bumann also won his singles match.
 
   The Buffaloes return to action on Tuesday, March 12, as the women play Dickinson College and the men play Spring Arbor University in Hilton Head, S.C.
