NASHVILLE, Tenn. - On Saturday, Milligan University men's indoor track & field athlete, Brayden Simpson, competed in the 60m Hurldes at the Music City Challenge at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn.

Simpson, gunning for a nationals qualification mark in his freshman campaign, came up 0.01 seconds shy of earning the "B" standard for the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships at the end of the month. He ran a personal-best 8.19 in the event to place in the 14th spot of 32 competitors.
