Ashton Sheesley enters his senior year with years of experience under his belt as a part of the Milligan men’s cross country program. He earned an Academic All-AAC nod following his junior year in 2025.  

2025: As a junior, Sheesley secured a top-10 finish (6th) in the 5k at the Eli Cramer Invitational (16:45.4) and posted an 8k season-best of 26:21.7 at the Fire Tower Project.

2024: As a sophomore, Sheesley emerged as a frontline runner for the Buffs, setting an 8k personal-best of 25:30.2 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge and finishing 20th overall (25:48.2) at the AAC Cross Country Championships.

2023: As a freshman, Sheesley gained valuable race experience, competing in two cross country meets and posting a season-best 8k time of 26:54.4 at the Fire Tower Project.
