Elijah Gouge enters his senior year with the Milligan men’s cross country team. Academically, Gouge is a 2025 NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete and a two-time Academic All-AAC Team member (2024,2025).

2025: As a junior, Gouge recorded an 8K personal best of 27:00.9 (27th place) at the AAC Cross Country Championships. He added strong season showings including a 27:22.4 performance at the South Region Showdown and a 30th-place finish at the Brevard XC Classic (28:37.7).

2024: In his sophomore year, Gouge posted a season-best 8K time of 27:40.6 at the Fire Tower Project and competed at the Brevard XC Classic (28:21.7).

2023: As a freshman, Gouge made his cross country debut for Milligan, running 28:07.8 in the 8K at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge and 17:44.7 in the 3-mile at the Eli Cramer Invitational.
