Jaiden Carmichael enters his junior year with the Milligan men’s cross country team coming off a personal-best performance in his final event of his sophomore season.

2025: In his sophomore season, Carmichael competed in four 8k races, culminating in an 8k collegiate personal-best of 27:26.0 (40th place) at the AAC Cross Country Championships.

2024: As a freshman, Carmichael made his collegiate cross country debut at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge, recording an 8k time of 27:29.9.
