Biography

McCade Frye joins Milligan's men's track and field and men's cross country programs as a freshman for the 2026 season. Prior to arriving at Milligan, Frye competed at Sweetwater High School under head coach Emily Roy. As a Wildcat, he was the Single A 1600 champion and set school records in the 1600, 3200, 800, and 5k. Frye plans to major in nursing at Milligan. He is the son of Jason Frye and Amanda Townson and has four siblings: Levi Townson, Mayleigh Townson, Kinzel Leach, and Hendrix Frye.
