Milligan University

Tim Kolb enters his third season as an assistant men’s soccer coach at Milligan University in 2025.

He has been part of three straight appearances in the NAIA Second Round or better in each of 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Prior to Milligan, Kolb was part of the St Petersburg Aztecs pro development club. He filled the roles of club captain, player & coach. He was part of the club for over a decade. They have a UPSL & USLII team in the Florida region.

Kolb has more than a decade of coaching experience with various schools that include Rochester College, Salisbury University, Largo High School, Seminole High School & Saint Petersburg Catholic High School.

Kolb served in the United States Coast Guard, has a master’s degree in business administration and bachelor's degrees in business administration & sports management.
