Ella Hoover enters her sophomore year with the Milligan women’s cross country team.
2025: During her freshman cross country season, Hoover competed in four meets for the Buffs. She placed 27th at the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Cross Country Championships with a 6k season-best time of 23:25.8. Hoover posted a 5k season best of 19:44.8 at the Queen City Invite (63rd) and recorded a top-20 finish at the Eli Cramer Invitational (18th, 20:53.6 for 5k). She also competed at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge (64th, 19:53.2).
