Biography
Peyton Brady enters her junior year with the Milligan women's swimming program after establishing herself as one of the Buffs' top distance freestyle, butterfly and individual medley competitors during her first two seasons with the program.
2025-26: Brady earned a pair of podium finishes at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championships, placing runner-up in the 400-yard individual medley (4:45.17) and third in the 200-yard butterfly (2:13.16), while also finishing fourth in the 500-yard freestyle. Earlier in the season, she recorded season-best marks of 4:42.66 in the 400-yard individual medley and 2:11.32 in the 200-yard butterfly at the Keydet Invitational, earning runner-up and third-place finishes, respectively. Brady qualified for the NAIA National Championships and earned AAC All-Academic Team honors while also being recognized as a CSCAA Scholar All-American First Team selection. Her 4:42.66 in the 400-yard individual medley ranks sixth in program history, while her 2:11.32 in the 200-yard butterfly ranks fourth all-time at Milligan.
2024-25: As a freshman, Brady qualified for the NAIA National Championships in the 1650-yard freestyle, 200-yard butterfly and 400-yard individual medley. She recorded an 11th-place finish in the 1650-yard freestyle (18:03.84), a 14th-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly (2:12.25) and a 21st-place finish in the 400-yard individual medley (4:44.59) at the national meet. At the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championships, Brady placed fourth in the 400-yard individual medley, 500-yard freestyle and 1650-yard freestyle. During the regular season, she captured the 500-yard freestyle title at the Gamecock Invitational with a time of 5:14.82. Her performances during the year earned her a place among the program's all-time top performers, ranking fourth in the 1650-yard freestyle (18:03.84), sixth in the 400-yard individual medley (4:42.66), fourth in the 200-yard butterfly (2:11.32) and ninth in the 200-yard individual medley (2:13.88).
