Milligan College, Tenn. (Feb. 17, 2010) --- The Milligan College men's basketball team lost an overtime thriller inside Steve Lacy Fieldhouse Wednesday night against the Cobras of Virginia Intermont College, 89-86.  

Leading the way for Milligan College was Torian Sitton (Hendersonville, N.C.) with 20 points and nine rebounds, and Justin Sylvester (Kingsport, Tenn.) with 20 points as well. Also rounding up double digits on the night was Edwards with 12, while Cordero Seymour (Inugua, Bahamas) added 10 points and 8 rebounds.

"I don't think our guys were convinced (Virginia Intermont) could beat us tonight,” said Head Coach Bill Robinson. “Obviously we are very disappointed in the way we played tonight.”  

With the loss the Buffs slip to 10-18 overall and 5-10 in AAC play, while the Cobras improve to 2-27 overall and 2-13 in conference play. 

The next and final regular season game for the Buffs will be on Saturday, Feb. 20, when they visit Tennessee Wesleyan. Tip-off is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
