Milligan College, Tenn. (Oct. 21, 2011) --- The Milligan College tennis program wrapped up their 2011 fall schedule on Friday afternoon against King College. The Milligan men fell 9-0, and the women took an 8-1 victory in a scrimmage.
 
   On the men's side, Kody Horne (Summertown, Tenn.) fell short in number two singles by a score of 6-2, 4-6,10-6. At the five spot, Caleb Friddell (Ooltewah, Tenn.) fought hard, but fell 6-1, 7-5.
 
   The Milligan and King women took advantage to compete in a scrimmage with the Buffaloes coming out on top 8-1.
 
   “Everyone has shown improvement from the start of the fall,” Head Coach Ryan Reynolds said. “I feel like everyone is hitting their stride just in time for our main season.”
 
   The Buffaloes are slated to open the spring portion of their schedule against Mars Hill College on Feb. 10.
