ATHENS, Tenn. (Oct. 18, 2016) â€" Milligan College's men's soccer team hit the road to take on the Tennessee Wesleyan University Bulldogs. The Buffaloes struggled on both sides of the ball and fell 5-0.

Milligan (5-9, 2-6 AAC) faced pressure from the Bulldog offense all game and failed to reciprocate. Goalkeeper
Nick Smith started strong, facing 13 first half shots, saving four, and not allowing any goals. However, the Buffalo offense could only muster two shots in the first 45 minutes.

Tennessee Wesleyan continued its attack in the second half and connected for five goals. Milligan was outshot 27-7 in the game.

The Buffaloes return home for senior night against Hiwassee College on Friday at 8:30 p.m. before wrapping up the regular season at Truett-McConnell next Tuesday.
