KINGSPORT, Tenn. (Nov. 30, 2019) — The Milligan College men's basketball team fell to No. 21 Warner University in the NAIA Division II Showcase in Kingsport, Tennessee, 67-58 Saturday afternoon. 

Milligan outshot Warner in both field goal and three point shots taken but Warner outshot the Buffs in free throws to help put them over Milligan. 

Jacob Cawood and Bo Pless both scored 11 points apiece to lead the Buffs offense. Mike Featherston had 10 rebounds and Desean Green had nine rebounds and six assists. 

Warner was led by Maxwell Benoit who had 15 points and Jaquez Dickerson with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Bart Schild had 10 rebounds as well. 

The Buffs will compete in Kingsport again Sunday against WVU Tech at 2:30 p.m.
