MILLIGAN, Tenn. (October 24, 2023) – The Milligan University volleyball team dispatched Kentucky Christian 3-0 in an Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) sweep in the Steve Lacy Fieldhouse in the Buffs' annual Dig Pink night.

Milligan moves to 21-6 on the season and 15-2 in AAC play. Milligan has now won 10-straight games and sets a program record with 11 sweeps in AAC league play. KCU falls to 1-23, 1-17 AAC.

Milligan won the match with set scores of 25-12, 25-13 and 25-15. The Buffs accounted for 50 of 75 points on the evening with 39 kills, nine total blocks and a pair of service aces. Milligan hit .308 on the evening.

Shelby Miller led Milligan offensively with 11 kills without an error. Ella Maiden had eight kills. Greyson Stevens had six kills and five total blocks. Kira Ryan notched a season-high five kills.

Kolbie Greene totaled 25 assists and eight digs. Zoie Larkins had a dozen digs.

Milligan heads to Georgia this weekend for a key AAC road trip. The Buffs have a match at Reinhardt on Friday and at Truett McConnell on Saturday.
