MILLIGAN, Tenn. (September 22, 2023) – The Milligan University volleyball team earned a 3-0 victory over Tennessee Wesleyan at the Steve Lacy Fieldhouse on Friday evening.

Milligan won the match 25-19, 25-11, 25-15 to move to 9-5 on the season and 3-1 in Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) action. Tennessee Wesleyan falls to 0-12, 0-6 AAC.

Ella Maiden led the Buffs with nine kills and five total blocks. Taylor Pavich and Shelby Miller each had six kills. Avery Maiden added five kills.

Kolbie Greene posted 23 assists and 13 digs. Zoie Larkins had 13 digs and two aces.

The Buffs turned in an efficient hitting effort with a .221 team hitting percentage. Milligan committed just nine hitting errors for the entire match.

Milligan hosts Johnson (Tenn.) in an AAC matchup tomorrow morning at 11:00 a.m.
