WALESKA, Ga. - On Thursday, the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) named their women's cross country Academic All-AAC honorees. Milligan boasted a conferece-best 16 academic honorees for the 2025 season. For the Lady Buffs, Patricia Barrera was named their Champion of Character Team member.

To qualify for the All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must be a sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.25 or above.
