MILLIGAN, Tenn. – The Milligan University men's basketball team revealed their eight new players for the 2026-27 season on Monday.
Two junior transfers and six freshmen make up the list of brand-new faces for the roster this season, as the Buffaloes look to build off winning five of their last nine 2025-26 contests.
"I am super excited about the incoming class of 2026," said head coach Bill Robinson. "Will Robinson is a freshman who is going to start from Day 1. He is a great student, awesome young man and an excellent post player. Cairo is going to make an immediate impact inside for the Buffs. He is a great rebounder, very physical and has the ability to knock down an open jump shot. Judah, Stas and Sterling will add depth at the forward positions. Judah is a long, athletic player that can defend almost anyone. Stas can shoot the three and attacks the basket with reckless abandon. Sterling has been hurt this fall but brings size and toughest inside for Milligan. All three freshman guards have looked good for the Buffs this fall. Jackson is a pure shooter from three and has a great mid-range game. Trent is a strong guard with the ability to finish at the rim or dish to a teammate for a score. And Elias brings experience to the point guard position that will earn him minutes right away for the Buffs. Overall, this is a very talented group of players that will be a great addition to Milligan both on and off the court this season."
