CORBIN, Ky. – The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) named Milligan University's Trotter Jones as their Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, after he scored two goals and assisted two others in the Buffaloes' win over Spartanburg Methodist on Sunday.

The lone game for Milligan this week was postponed due to inclement weather on Saturday in Spartanburg, S.C., and was played Sunday. The Buffs came out with a 4-2 win, much because of the efforts of Jones, who scored the team's second and fourth goals of the contest and assisted on their first and third tallies. He played 31 minutes off the bench, all in the second half, to spark the MU offensive attack.
