KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) unveiled the second regular season edition of the 2026 NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll on Wednesday afternoon. The poll listed the Milligan men's soccer team as receiving votes (RV) for the third straight poll, including preseason.
The Buffs have gone 2-0-0 since the last version of the poll was released, managing high-scoring wins over Brewton-Parker Christian (4-3) and Spartanburg Methodist (4-2), both away from home. The two triumphs put them at 4-0-1 so far in 2026, yet to incur a defeat.
The Top 25 is determined by a points system based on how each voter votes for the best teams. A team receives 30 points for each first-place vote, 29 for second-place, 28 points for third-place and so on through the list. A panel of head coaches representing each conference and Continental Athletic Conference (Independents) voted on the poll.
