Milligan University

Nick Flesher begins his third season as an assistant coach for the Milligan Baseball team in the 2025-2026 academic year. He serves as the program's recruiting coordinator.

Flesher has helped the team reach 30+ wins in each of his two seasons on staff, and was also a part of the Milligan baseball program's first ever appearance in the NAIA Opening Round in 2024, where they advanced to the final of the Hattiesburg Regional.

He spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Francis Marion University (NCAA DII). Before Francis Marion, Flesher served as the graduate assistant coach at Tusculum University (NCAA DII) during the 2022 season. During the summer of 2021, he was an assistant coach for the Badland Big Sticks of the Expedition League. 

A native of Meridian, Idaho, he earned both a B.A. degree in Sports Management and a M.A. degree in Sports Administration from Tusculum University. He also attended Southeastern Louisiana University and Spokane Falls Community College.
