Sarah Buckner has been a fixture on Milligan's back line and enters her senior season in 2026. The Plainfield, Ind., native has amassed 3,995 total minutes in her three years with the Buffs. 

2025: Buckner started 18 of 19 matches, playing 1,488 minutes. Her lone assist set up Katelyn Penner's goal in a 2-5 loss to Tennessee Wesleyan on Sept. 10. In conference play she made 12 starts across 13 appearances. Buckner earned Second Team All-AAC honors, was named to the Academic All-AAC Team, and was selected to the CSC Academic All-District Team with a 3.51 GPA as a Biology major.
