Biography

Lauren Hawkley has been Milligan's most productive attacker over the last two seasons and enters her senior season in 2026. The Surrey, Great Britain native led the Buffs in scoring and playmaking in 2024 and continued her excellence in 2025.

2025: Hawkley led the team in points (24), assists (10) and starts (17), scoring seven goals across 19 matches. She scored twice in the 8-2 win over Spartanburg Methodist on Sept. 6, added a goal in the season-opening 2-0 win at WVU Tech on Aug. 22, and scored twice more in the 9-0 win over Bluefield on Sept. 24. She closed with a two-goal, one-assist performance in the 3-2 win over Pikeville on Nov. 1, setting up Skyler Miller's game-winner in the same match. In conference play she posted four goals and nine assists for 17 points. Hawkley earned Second Team All-AAC honors, was named to the Academic All-AAC Team, and was selected to the CSC Academic All-District Team with a 3.97 GPA as a double major in Business Administration and Economics.

2024: Hawkley led the team with nine goals and tied for the team lead with four assists for 22 points on the season. She was recognized as a first team All-AAC player while making the academic All-AAC team as well. 

2023: Hawkley started 18 games and appeared in 20 as a true freshman. She totaled 21 points with eight goals and five assist.
