Waleska, Ga. (Oct. 1, 2011) --- The Milligan College women's soccer team fell behind early and was unable to recover as they fell 3-0 to AAC foe Reinhardt University on Saturday afternoon in Waleska, Ga.
 The Lady Eagles scored three goals in the first half to take a 3-0 lead into the locker room at the break. The Buffaloes kept fighting, but was unable to find the back of the net during the second half.
  Defensively,
Lauren McInturff (Kingsport, Tenn.) recorded six saves in the game.
  “We came out too slow today,” Head Coach
Lisa Buckley said. “It's hard to come back when you go down 3-0 in the first half. It's a disappointing result.”
  With the loss, Milligan falls to 2-1 in AAC action and 5-4-1 overall.
  The Buffaloes return to action on Thursday, Oct. 6, when they travel to Montreat College. Game time in Montreat, N.C., is set for 4:30 p.m.
