Montreat, N.C. (Oct. 6, 2011) --- The Milligan College women's soccer team picked up a 2-1 victory over AAC foe Montreat College on Thursday afternoon in Montreat, N.C.
 
   The Buffaloes saw Lauren Lamier (Woodstock, Ga.) and Jacklyn Orange (Bagdad, Ky.) recorded goals in the victory. The game was tied 1-1 at the break, but the Buffaloes added a goal, and the Milligan defense kept the Lady Cavaliers at bay in the period.
 
   With the win, Milligan improves to 6-4-1 overall and 3-1 in AAC play.
 
   The Buffaloes return to action on Tuesday, Oct. 11, when they host AAC newcomer Columbia College. Game time at Anglin Field is set for 4 p.m.
