Charleston, S.C. (Nov. 19, 2011) --- The Milligan College men's basketball team came up 89-59 in exhibition action against NCAA Division I Charleston Southern on Saturday night in Charleston, S.C.
 
   The Buffaloes led 9-8 five minutes into the contest, but was unable to hold off a Buccaneer charged as they ran to a 43-30 lead at the break. The Buffaloes kept fighting, but was unable to keep pace with Charleston Southern as they were outscored 46-29 in the second half.
 
   Charleston Southern is a member of the Big South Conference, which saw conference member Presbyterian upset NCAA Division I No. 20 Cincinnati earlier in the evening.
 
   The Buffaloes return to action on Tuesday, Nov. 22, when they travel to Alice Lloyd College for a nonconference matchup. Game time in Pippa Passes, Ky., is slated for 7:30 p.m.
