Berea, Ky. (Nov. 19, 2011) --- The Milligan College women's basketball team picked up a 76-62 victory on Saturday afternoon over host Berea College on the second day of the Pepsi Berea Classic in Berea, Ky.

   After Berea was leading 29-26 at the break, the Buffaloes bounced back as they pulled away to take the victory.

   Kayla Kelly (Chattanooga, Tenn.) and Chelsey Weddle (Hampton, Tenn.) had 17 points. Dorian Freeman (Augusta, Ga.) and Megan Casteel (Greeneville, Tenn.) had 13 and 11 points, respectively, while Ashlee Price (Rogersville, Tenn.) tallied seven points. Kelly and Price led the Buffaloes with seven rebounds apiece.
  
   With the win, Milligan improves to 3-4 on the season.
 
   The Buffaloes return to action on Tuesday, Nov. 22, when they travel to Alice Lloyd College. Game time in Pippa Passes, Ky., is slated for 5:30 p.m.
