Concord, N.C. (Dec. 5, 2011) --- The Milligan College men's basketball team came up short on the road in nonconference action on Monday night as they fell 70-57 to Barber Scotia College in Concord, N.C.

  After a low scoring first half, neither team was able to pull away in the opening minutes of the game's second frame. However, Barber Scotia used a run midway through the half, and Milligan was unable to catch up before time expired.

Kyle Grisby (Charlotte, N.C.) led the way with 14 points, while
Tyler DeVault (Kingsport, Tenn.) had nine points.
Torian Sitton (Hendersonville, N.C.) had seven points for the Buffaloes.

  With the loss, the Buffaloes fall to 4-4 overall and remain 2-0 in AAC action.

  Milligan returns to action on Wednesday, Dec. 7, when they travel to former AAC rival King College for a nonconference clash. Game time in Bristol, Tenn., is slated for 7 p.m.
