Montreat, N.C. (Feb. 16, 2011) --- The Milligan College men's basketball team clinched a share of the AAC regular season title and the one seed in the AAC tournament as they defeated Montreat College 103-83 on Wednesday night in Montreat, N.C. A Buffaloes win on Saturday against Reinhardt will give them the conference title outright.

Hudson Fricke (Greeneville, S.C.) had 27 points, while freshman Kyle Grisby (Charlotte, N.C.) had 22 points. Tim Harper (Catawba, N.C.) and Justin Sylvester (Kingsport, Tenn.) scored 14 points and 13 points, respectively.

With the win, Milligan improves to 11-2 in AAC action and 15-11 overall.

The Buffaloes return to action on Saturday, Feb. 19, when they host Reinhardt University for senior day. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m., inside Steve Lacy Fieldhouse.
