Knoxville, Tenn. (Jan. 22, 2013) --- The Milligan College men's basketball team pulled away early and never looked back as they cruised to a 93-46 victory over nonconference foe Johnson University in Knoxville, Tenn., on Tuesday night.

  The Buffaloes jumped out to a 50-22 victory at the half. In the second half, Milligan continued to pull away for the victory. The Buffaloes saw every member of the team score and play at least seven minutes.

Torian Sitton (Hendersonville, N.C.) led the way with 18 points, while
Mickey Woods (Port Arthur, Tex.) had 12 points and six assists. Freshman
John Crowe (Johnson City, Tenn.) had a career high eight points.

  With the win, Milligan improves to 14-7 overall.

  The Buffaloes return to action on Wednesday, Jan. 23, as they host Appalachian Athletic Conference foe Virginia Intermont in a clash for second place. Game time inside Steve Lacy Fieldhouse is set for 7:30 p.m.
