Aaron Levarity led the Milligan College men's basketball team to a thrilling overtime victory at St. Andrews University Saturday afternoon with his 12
th double-double of the season. The Buffs (7-10, 6-5 AAC) defeated the Knights (2-10, 2-9 AAC) 78-72.

FIRST HALF DOMINATION
It only took six minutes into the first half for the Buffs to take off with the lead. Milligan led by no little than nine and as much as 15 with 10 minutes left to go. The Buffs shot 6-of-13 from the 3-point line in comparison to St. Andrews' 2-of-10. At the half, the Knights were at a 15-point deficit.

THE FINAL FOUR MINUTES
Milligan went on to lead by as much as 17 points until 3:35 remained as St. Andrews' Jean Calvin Ahoume was sent to the free throw line putting the Knights back on top for the first time since four minutes into the game (64-63). Milligan was first to score in the extra five minutes of play and refused to give up the lead. The Buffs outscored the Knights 11-5 claiming their second AAC overtime victory of the season.

STATISTICAL LEADERS
Levarity led in three categories with 24 points, 14 rebounds and five assists. Robinson followed with 11 points while
David Casaday compiled a total of 10 points and added five rebounds.

Bo Pless all earned nine points apiece.

Three Knights also made it into the double-digit scoring column led by Carlos Heath with 22 points. Ahoume led with 14 rebounds.

The Buffs return to Steve Lacy Fieldhouse on Tuesday, Jan. 16, for some more AAC action against Bluefield College at 7:30 p.m. Milligan is back on the road to face Union College on Thursday, Jan. 18, at 7:30 p.m. and then turn right back around for another home game against Reinhardt University on Saturday, Jan. 20.
