WALESKA, Ga. - Francisco de Bethencourt has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Golfer of the Week for a second straight time, the conference announced on Monday morning. It is his second time winning the plaudits this spring, overall.

He earned the award for winning the Northeast Tennessee Spring Shootout at Johnson City Country Club, while shooting a three-under par 141, with rounds of 74 and 67 strokes. He finished the tournament with a three-stroke lead.
