WALESKA, Ga. – The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) selected their Women's Basketball Players of the Week on Monday morning. Yet again,
Semaj Clark was one of the winners, notching her fifth POTW award of the year. This time around, she snagged the plaudits on the defensive end.
The Buffaloes remained undefeated in AAC play with a pair of conference wins this week, outpacing Union Commonwealth (63-44) and previously unbeaten Bryan (72-62). Across those contests, Clark tallied four steals and hauled in 20 defensive rebounds, grabbing an especially important 12 in the triumph over the Lions in Dayton, Tenn.
This is Clark's second time in 2025-26 being named Defensive Player of the Week by the AAC, in addition to winning the offensive award on three occasions, resulting in five overall.
