KANSAS CITY, Mo. - On Thursday, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) revealed the 2025-26 Men's Golf All-America Teams. Milligan University's Francisco de Bethencourt was included as a Third-Team All-American for the first time in his career with the Buffaloes.
For de Bethencourt, the honor stems heavily from his outstanding performance as an individual at the NAIA National Championships at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill., where he tied for 12th place at the event. He earned qualification to nationals by being a co-champion of the Appalachian Athletic Conference/NAIA Direct Qualifier. He becomes the first Milligan men's golf All-American since Blake Howard in 2010-11.
